I love using noodles, and i've ran out of recipes!

Try this its my version of tuna turnover pasta You will need penne(or any pasta you like) tuna in vegetable oil chopped white onion mushroom (sliced) red or green bell pepper (chopped small) all purpose cream milk ground black pepper salt(to taste) cheese Cornstarch(1 tsp to thicken the sauce) Cooked pasta per package instruction. Set aside. Saute onion,tuna,mushroom and bell pepper then add milk and cornstarch. Bring into boil add black pepper,salt and cream.when the sauce reach its thickness add the pasta. Put it in a pan and add the cheese make sure it will cover the top of the pasta. Put it in the oven for about 10-15 mins to melt the cheese. Happy Cooking!
