Hi mikalo!
Chinese food is readily available here where we live along with a myriad of other cuisines as here's one of asia's melting pots. My tongue is used to spicy food. My fishball noodles would usually be served dry with lots of chillies and another bowl of soup and some stir-fried vegetables on a side-dish. Otherwise I love authentic Hainanese Chicken Rice. And lots of chillies too.
Oh my...you just make hungry.

Oh chinese is my favorite food, we hav a place called China Buffet and I could eat there every day, it is one price eat all you want. Their crab rango and their steamed crab legs are so good, I love anything that you can put over rice. Same with my son, he will eat chinese before he eats anything else. now I dont' go in for the sushi, I have tried it but dont' like it, but that my opinion, I see many eating it. My favorite I guess is the curry chicken and the egg drop soup.

Hi mikalo. I'm actually half Chinese, so its a bit weird for me if I don't like chinese food. hehe Besides, even if someone doesn't have any Chinese blood on them, I'm pretty sure they'll still get to like at least one thing from tons of tasty Chinese delicacies...
So, what Chinese food do I love? Hmmm.. there's really a lot. But a few favorites of mine are Ma-chang and siomai. I just can't get over it especially if its cooked the right way. =)

I love chinese food, and I would love to visit China just so I could try some genuine Chinese food. I don't know if the Chinese food where I live tastes like the one in China, so it would be interesting to find out.
