Dementia ... is not a person's name (for God sake!!!) Hehehe ...just joking .. let's take this topic with a light-hearted mood as it sounds too serious to tackle actually.
Oh well .. Dementia is a neuro degenerative disease. It is a condition affecting only or primarily the neurons of the brain causing gradual but irreversible loss of function of these cells (like memory, orientation, attention, problem solving etc.)due to normal aging.
Who among our love ones are being subject to this ailment? Of course .. none other than our beloved grandparents or our very own parents and for sure "US" or "WE" in the near future.
Is this unavoidable? Can we do something as early as of now to avoid being a victim of this ailment? Your thoughts on this topic will be highly appreciated ... will await for it :-)

Well, well , well ....Health is always WEalth....and Prevention is better than Cure . It sounds very familiar ! ! !
Talking about DEMENTIA or for those who are candidate of having Alzheimer's Disease . . .YOU can start taking a herbal supplement which is actually a certain type of mushroom called LION'S MANE, known as a GROWTH NERVE FACTOR, or a FOOD for the NERVE. This is a good stuff for those who doesn't want to be forgetting things, for those who want a very clear mind and perception even at 80.

I just posted a discusion abour a type of dementia that is not Alzeimer´s. As you know, not all dementias are identiacal. I jusr read today (and proceeded to share) that there was a vascular dementia that had to do a lot with sedentary living. People who walk regulary are less proneto it because brain is more irrigated. I read that, posted it and I´m going right now for a 30 minute walk to my daughter´s house. I hope tomorrow I won´t have forgotten about this. But let´s start with today.
Take care!
