You need to buy special account for proffessional email ID. but at www.mail.com you can choose from more than 100 domains for your email account. Check It out...

You cannot have one of those email addresses without paying for it. The best alternative I know of would be to join Zap Zone Network which is a free email service on a subdomain hosting. You will get the domain @chosennamehere.zzn.com.

Not really sure if there's really away to get a custom email address like that for free or without paying anything. But if you buy your own domain name, there are domain name registrars like godaddy that would offer free emails that you can use under your domain name.
