doing it yourself is still the best way rather than committing it in the bad (illegal)way.I hope you understand what I mean here. The former is good because it also utilizes the best stimulus to achieve, and the climax involves that kind of pleasurable release...

DIY is doing justice to yourself. since the above has given you both hands, you should make full use of them to release what ever that has been stored and nowhere to release at short notice. Once done, I am sure you will be relieved and you are cleared of any tension.
