does our life reduced due to technology!!!!?????

hi... friends.....
in olden days our ancestors used to live nearly for 100years but now it is hardly 70 years!!! the only big difference is technology!!!!
i think technology is only reason like sitting before comp.... makes many health problems .....
there are many such reason... what do u say!! am i correct or there is some other reason behind it???

Technology do help us lighten our work.
It also speeds up the things we want to do.
I don't think technology do reduce our life, it speeds up our life instead.

Our generation is not getting enough physical works like how our grandparents were working on fields. The quality of food also getting worse than before. Therefore living till 60-75 is a great thing these days.
