How do you shed off extra pounds?

I have four children and as a 39 year old woman, I am very conscious about my health and my figure. I have a friend who weigh 200 pounds and I advice her to follow my balance diet and that includes my herbal tea and after eating dinner I tell her to take one cup before she sleeps. And during the morning I told her to have a regular exercise and good thing after 2 weeks I notice that she lost 10 ponds. How about you friends can u cite some of your experiences regarding this topic?

Exercise is important to our body. When we exercise, even if it just a brisk walking, running, cycling or yes, basketball... it's good because it helps you burn extra fat. You are blessed to have the luxury of time to do basketball. But there are people who do not have enough time to exercise. Is there a hope for people like them to at least shed some extra inches off their waists? I guess this could be a big challenge. AS i noticed, many people around the world are overweight.
