Who really attacked The Undertaker?

It's Kane. The latest chapter of Kane and Undertaker is upon us. They've gone from partners to rivals to partners to rivals, on and on again for the past decade plus. Kane has done this before and he obviously decided to take the Undertaker out so he could win the title. But the Undertaker will be back. I doubt Rey would have done it. They're not turning him heel, just like they're not turning Cena heel. Too much merchandise money to be had between these two. Then again, I just wonder if it will end up being neither man doing it. Because, WWE tends to be tricky a lot of the time when a lot of people think they have figured out. Everyone thought that Christian attacked Jeff Hardy a couple of years ago but it turned out to be Matt Hardy.
