Can I Link a visa rush card with paypal?

I want to purchase something online however i can only pay for it using PayPal.I'm thinking of getting a visa rush card but I'm wondering if you can link it o a PayPal account and when i register in it.

Yes. You can link your credit card to PayPal and purchase online. its really secure to purchase the things from PayPal.If you link your credit card to your paypal account your paypal account will be in verified state.
