How to unblock in your computer being block from the server?

I'm just curious because here in our company there are specific site at the web being block by the server administrator and sometimes I'm just wondering how to unblock it in my own computer?Sometimes I have a access on the server computer I want also to know how they do it to block some sites,what specific application they use?and also how to unblock it?Give me some of your knowledge about it.

I am kinda confused with your question.if you want to unblock Administrator area or website.administartor area where they ask user id & password cannot be unblocked.some website which are blocked by your ISP or software installed into your office computer can be unblocked used proxy server.just add proxy in your browser and surf the website.
