HOW to put PROFILE PICTURE???

Hey guys... I've been wondering, how do you put your profile picture?? I've tried to edit my profile but I cant seem to find it there... can somebody please help me???... I 'm tired of seeing that green icon where it should be my face that was there. :) Thanks All!
