happness is realy good not for me it's for all becoz if i am sad any time or any way then any person who may be my friend or my family memer can also sad to see my look becoz if that person like me by heart then that can also some disturb i am never saying only for my realation's person i am saying for. so all u should be happy and keep smiling every time whith which who person look me and also 'll be happy.
one thing i want also shere with you my friends u can get every thing or every opportunity with your good nature or happy fase becoz this is the god gift which i can get all the things.

First of all, welcome to mylot! :D
Second of all why isn't happiness good for you? I think from what you're saying happiness sounds like something that you really need. :] I always smile around and be happy and try to make everyone's day better, despite how bad it may have been going. When someone else is upset, I find myself getting upset as well. I don't know why, it's just how it is! So be positive and make other people positive, because the mood effects other people. XD
