Thanks for the additional info. Since the last 3 years I like much using http://speedtest.net/ and its results surely satiated.

yah it is...u can check ur line quality also on www.pingtest.net it will show how efficient ur line is and on how much online applications it will be a good companion...

i dont think these websites give you the correct speed, you can test your speed by downloading a file, the transfer rate will give you the exact parameter.

HI thanks for the sites .But i used to test my internet speed in this http://www.scanmyspeed.com/ it shows results very instantly.You too can try this.
