Are you a Good Leader?

A good leader must have a keen sense of hearing. He must able to listen and hear the needs of his members. Listening is not only hearing but also understanding what the other person said. It is one of the important aspect to being a good leader.
Do you agree with my thoughts?

I absolutely agree with your additions. It's important for leaders to be able to influence their followers in (hopefully) positive ways.

I completely agree with your thoughts. I recently attended a conference where I learned a lot about being a leader. A leader also needs to have confidence in themselves and others, and they need to be able to help their followers to achieve their goals as well. A leader knows that the followers are just as important as the leader, and tries to empower them as well.

Yes, I agree with you. This is true, especially if you are not an autocratic leader. Good leaders listen to their subordinates, while autocratic leaders and dictators often don't listen but only shout orders like a harsh military leader.

Yes my friend you are right.It is one of the must quality for a good leader.If he want to solve any problem then he must have a capability of hear with great focus.He must have tendency to not to take little things lightly.So my friend you pointed on a graet aspect of the leadership.

Yes I agree that you have to listen with the concerns of your subordinates. A good leader must also have been a great follower too. This way he will be able to motivate his followers to follow him without any hesitations.
