What are your experiances with secondLife

I tried it out, but my computer didn't handle it very well. Loading times when changing from one are to another were just horrible for me. The movement was very choppy, so it just wasn't all that fun. It also seemed like there were not too many other people playing for me to interact with. I was really hoping that I would be able to enjoy the 'game,' but it just wasn't there for me. I have heard that it is really well developed, though. Some colleges hold classes on 2nd Life, churches hold services, etc. I would have liked to experience some of those things, but I couldn't get past the incompatibility with my computer's processing speed - and it wasn't a terribly slow computer. According to the specs, I had the power necessary to handle 2nd Life, but it just didn't do very well. I hope it goes better for you. What I was able to do was pretty fun until I got frustrated with the lag.
