I got this recipe in an email and I have used it to make bread pudding. Instead of bread though, you use stale donuts or older donuts. You place them in the bottom of the dish then mix 2 eggs and 1 cup of milk together in a bowl. You pour it over top of the donuts then add your favorite fruit on top of it. Bake in the oven at 350 for half an hour and its delicious and best of all you didn't have to throw out the donuts because they got stale or dry.

Thank you. Oh my that sounds good. I will have to try it soon, as i have a hard time deciding on what to fix for meals and snacks. Thanks for sharing. I am always looking for something easy, as I am not a very good cook.

You are welcome. My family loves this and it is so easy to make. We usually put peaches or apples on top of it when we make it.

So the bread doesn't go all mushy right?? She used white bread so I'm wondering if that was the problem with hers?? Awful is all I can think of when I think about her bread pudding. I am wondering if the donuts being dry would absorb the milk better??
