work as operator

I am work as operator and information-teller in the airport. So every minute people come here for those same things, sometimes I just wander why the airport cannot change the position for conveniece sake. In this way we can have less work or the information can change in other usage and better service. WHY CANNOT THEM JUST CHANGE FOR A WHILE???

what a boring a job that you do. In my country the airports always have automatical servive systems to do such stuffs.Where are you from?

Nanning Airpor, a southern provincial capital of China.
Standing in the depature of entrance, look at each side front, right or left all only less than 50 meter, only 5 bridges for aircrafts and other 9 stands. Everyday no more than 85 plane, but have to work from 0515-0130 without any delay.
I really hope the company can change some parts of the poor condition.
