When you have written 100 posts you get your star, when you have written 200 posts you can use smileys and when you have written 500 posts you can copy and paste, but you don't get a new name or a new rank every time you have written a certain number of posts. I don't know kaskus, but I have seen ranks like that on other discussion forums, and that (changing names) doesn't exist here.
