How I manage stress?

Busy people are prone of becoming stressed. This makes their productivity less. Even not so busy people are becoming stressful and even the unemployed. Anyways, how I manage stress? I JUST KEEP ON SMILING and COOL. :) It's the easiest way to get out of stress; diverting negative energy to positive ones. How about you, how do you manage stress?

I manage stress by exercising and answering in MyLot discussions. It helps me unwind and at the same time gives me a chance to express my thoughts and feelings.

you've hit the right spot, smiling and being cool indeed is one of the stres-busters in these stressful society we now lived in.
i myself lead a very stressful life. From my work environment to my family, almost every area in my life are stressing me. I used to get hospitalized so often because of it, i didn't know how to handle it then. Now however, i have learned better. No matter how stressful my work is, i find time to have some time for myself and go out with friends. We go to videokes and sing our lungs and stress out to our heart's content. SOmetimes we just get together and talk about things, it helps to have a circle of genuine friends. Even in the house, i find time to have some off-time for myself alone, to meditate and ponder on things without disturbance.
One thing to bear in mind, stress maybe an everyday occurence in our daily life but it does not have to wear us out. We have to have the spirit to fight it off by finding time for ourselves, being positive and cool always, be with supportive and genuine friends, find time to meditate, eat right and exercise right. that way, you'll fight off the effects of stress.

Well i am managing my stress and i do meditation and pranayama to balance myself and stay cool!! Its really effective and i can have control over mind.
