noodleboy, fasting and abstinence is only done during the Lenten season. All the rest of the Fridays of the year, meat is allowed. My family doesn't eat much meat. We like fish and vegetables now, and chicken on occasion.

I am Catholic and I eat meat every friday. That depends on which Friday you are talking about. Are you talking about the Holy Week and Black Friday yes I do not eat meat of that is the Holy Week or Black Friday.
