I know this is only pre-season but it seems to me Dallas is starting the same way they finished the last two seasons--no urgency, lack of scoring points in the red zone with settling for field goals instead of touchdowns. Come on guys! Show your fans something different this year especially your die-hard fans. Come out throwing deep on the first down. Return kick-offs and punts. Block punts. Oh yes, one more-please stay consistent for the entire season. You start off very quickly for the first 4 games and you seem to go through a mid-life crisis half-way in the season and the latter half trying to figure how what kind of team you are. You have good wide receivers--please use them and wisely! You didn't with T.O.-perhaps the second season.
Oh, about T.O., have you now figure out he wasn't the problem nor Jessica? If you get a big time receiver, okay share the ball but throw him the ball often to include him in the game. How can one not like anyone who wants to win? T.O. is a showman but he has given me the impression that he wants to win. From what I can remember, you have had some showsmen, mixed personalities, and characters over the years that worn that star helmet. Do you remember Butch Johnson to name one? I would love to see him do that "California Quake." Being so, T.O. was just fitting in. Wish you all the best T.O. I hope the Bengals allow you to showcase your talent.
As for Dallas, be different but consistent. Please don't let a team you may beat two or three times during the regular season beat you in the playoffs, if you advance. Have that same fire and confidence when you beat New Orleans last season. I called that one.
Good luck to the rest of the NFL teams. I am not a fanatic. I am a gal-fan who is passionate about the Cowboys and ready for some football! If you are too, please share your comments.

The Cowboys have the weapons to get the ball into the end zone. Tony Romo is one of the premier QBs, their receivers are talented, and they have a solid run game. My only concern is that, if this continues into weeks one and two, it will become a "mental" thing. Sometimes those are harder to overcome than the physical. I do think Dez Bryant will make a big contribution this year, and I certainly have personal reasons for wanting to see Tony Romo put up big numbers (he's my fantasy QB).

Yes, I like the Titans too. They are one of my secondary teams. Believe me, I have to keep secondary teams when my primary team (Dallas) have issues with their identity. I keep my eyes on the Titans every year. From what I have observed most years, they have a tendency to start off slow(except season before last) and before you know it, they are in the playoffs or contenders. They have a tendency to sneak up on you. Their coach is great. He manages to bring the team back in focus when they have their moments of difficulties. I wish them the best.
In reference to Earl Campbell, I would watch him run over people on the field. I believe his career ended too shortly. I was a little girl but I would see the Houston Oilers play on t.v. and hear the fans sing that song---you know that song- over and over. I thought then and now they were and are some of the best fans.
From one gal fan to the next, here's hoping the season is exciting and our teams do well.

I 100% agree with u on that one, the cowboys need to have that confidence to throw the ball or even RUN the ball on fourth down when in the red zone they never took the chance nessasary to win. Im also very exited to see the dual beetween ochocinco and T.O this season, there going to be exiting to watch this season if they can get used to getting the ball thrown to them a little less and not always beeing the guy everyone looks to in those last couple seconds, they'll do just fine i mean wat are teams going to do if they put triple coverage on T.O the throw it to ochocinco and they put triple coverage on him then they throw it to T.O. teams are gonna have to have some amazing defence to hold them off anyway i hope T.O enjoys being there and hope he has a good season maybe even win some hardware :)

Yes, over the years, I have watched the Cowboys become too predictable on offense and timid with the fourth down play. I believe every blue moon they may go for it on fourth down. Now, I don't want them to try to convert every fourth down play--that would be silly for me to have that notion. However, come on guys! Show us more! Give us more!
About the Bengals, I have hope for them every year. Since T.O. has arrived on the team, my degree of hope has risen. He, Chad, and the Bengals have the potential to go far this year if the coaching staff can realize what they have in these players and utilize their talent to the fullest.
I have to wonder. Who really had the biggest ego. Was it T.O. or the teams he played(for). T.O. should compliment Chad. Let these guys play Bengals. Give the Bengals a chance to win--until they play Dallas. Here's hoping Bengals you become the team I believe you can become. Play as a well-oiled machine but remember T.O. didn't come to your city, I believe just to see the landmarks. Chad, I believe is not there just to show T.O. those landmarks.
Stay tune...
