Can you really smoke through your ear???

Ok, this sounds totally crazy to me! I had someone tell me today that when they were younger they could smoke a cigarette through their ear. Supposibly they could inhale through their ear and blow the smoke out through their mouth. I would like to think he is joking because this just sounds absurd. He says it's the honest truth! I'm not questioning his word, he was young at the time... much too young to be smoking so I told him that he was just a kid and thought he could do anything and convinced himself that he could really do this :) Yeah, try telling a man that! It went over really well..... :D Well, he doesn't smoke anymore so of course he can't prove it to me! Have you ever heard of inhaling through your ear and blowing smoke out of your mouth?
