Different actresses playing the daughter?

Hi Folks It seems that there were three actresses that played the daughter. Any one knows why? How many seasons are there of Til Death? 2 or 3? They also went through major changes between the first 2 seasons. Season one had a young married couple as their neighbor. Season 2 did away with the young couple and introduced Brad as a big brother.
