Which episode shot entirely with a Steadicam?

Does anyone know which episode was entirely using a Steadicam?
I believe the story takes place behind an alley where they are looking for a shooter. The entire story for that episode was shot in a single take using a Steadicam which is a camera stabilization unit worn by the cameraman.
