Have You Ever Prayed for Some One to Die

My dad was in intense pain and did not know any body or where he was for about a month. He had brain cancer and there was no hope for recovery.
I prayed for him to die to end his pain and to end the stress it was causing my mom, Donna. She was at his bed all day every day. The nurses brought her in a bed so she could stay with him
Well guess what ?
He died on my birthday. Nice birthday present huh?
Have you ever prayed for some one to die?

im sorry to say but yes i have prayed many times for my brother to die as he buillied me everyday of my child hood. im not talking annoying buillied im talking torcher ! my brother beat the days out of me for years and i prayed for him to die or me but him more. i can honesly say that i wish god answered but he didnt so im gonna buy a 9mm pistol and do it myself !

I know how you feel. my dad was that way. Please go see a counciller. It is far better than doing some thing you will regret the rest of your life.

thanks godsgardener4002 im feeling a lot better also my scum brother is in court in two weeks for theft LOL so i hope he is put away for a few years he needs to be locked away he is an animal.

I can honestly say that I have never prayed for anyone to die. Wishing for the end of someone's life is not something I would consider. Sometimes we can be hurt by someone's words or actions. This would never be a strong enough reason for me to wish a prayer for someone to die. It is just not me. @ramsey39 (49)

Yes, I have prayed for someone to die and it was my dad because he was suffering from colon cancer and it was so hard for me to see him in such pain.
I always said that I could never wish for someone to die but in this case I prayed day and night for God to take him home.This was almost six years ago and I still miss him terribly as I am sure you miss your dad too.
