Can you use other people bank account to claim your payout in paypal?

PayPal rules are somewhat differs from country to country. So, I am not sure if I my answer would be the correct one. I do not think you can link some else's bank account to your paypal account as the name in paypal account and bank account could be different. Did you check the PayPal help section?
