Can HEPASIL (a USANA product) can heal hepatitis?

My has was not aware that she is a hepatitis b carrier, she only knew it when she tried her luck to apply for a job abroad. As a common reaction, she was shocked and tried to seek for second opinion but unfortunately, the result was the same. She then asked me to research on some food supplements that can help cure her disease. She prefers food supplements rather than synthetic medicine because she's aware of the long term effects of synthetic medicine on one's health. I tried to do some research and I have this USANA product - HEPASIL which contains Milk Thistle that works for liver disorders. I'm not not quite sure about the product, so I haven't informed my friend yet about this. Guys, please help me! If you have knowledge about the product or any food supplement that can cure hepatitis b, I will greatly appreciate if you gonna share it. Thanks!
