Beat way to loose weight

hii lotters, what is the best way you think we can loose weight? i have surf a lot in order to know how to loose weight. A've got a lot of views from different persons and all of them differ. i think that you need to excercise and at the same time have healthy meal. What do you think? what ways would you adopt?

For me, first, you should know what is your body type. Whether you are a mesomorph, an endomorph or an ectomorph. When you determine you what's yours, you could now adjust or plan some ways on how to reduce weight. In my case, I am shamefully an Endomorph, meaning, i'm naturally a fat person, fat-boned, wide hips, etc. I'm really having a hard time reducing more weight. But so far, my body weight is normal. I'm not an overweight anymore. I really exerted effort to achieve this weight. I was an Obese Class 2, way back year 2004.
Just exercise more often and eat just the right amount. It will do help you manage your weight. Also avoid sitting for a long period of time. Especially 3 - 5 hours after eating a full meal.

I believe that proper exercise and a well balanced diet is definitely the way to go when getting and staying fit. I believe the best way to lose weight is to go the healthiest route, rather than those fad diets. Fad diets may help us lose weight fast but they lack important nutrients that our body needs. First of all, a person aiming to lose weight should avoid certain foods and ingredients.
These foods are loaded with bad fats, sugar, artificial flavors, high in sodium, high fructose corn syrup and other junk that we call food, but really isn't. Our body is not made to consume these kind of ingredients. Of course it's not always the foods that makes up gain weight, but it's what's in the foods that we should be concerned about.
It's good to stay away from foods that contains trans fat. These foods can cause serious problems other than obesity, such as heart disease and health problems we don't want to talk about right now.
Foods at fast food restaurants are loaded with hydrogenated oil. Fries and chicken are fried in this dangerous oil.
Margarine is the worst. It's bad for us in general. It contains lots of fats, and can lead to a serious condition called heart disease, and obesity.
Frozen foods like pizza, pot pies, chicken dinners, breaded fish sticks, and many other frozen foods are filled with dangerous fat? This is a great way to get fat and stay fat. (I'm letting it all go, enough is enough.)
White sugar is processed and dangerous to our health in more ways than one. I use to drink kool aid loaded with white sugar, and I could never drop the pounds, I only gained more pounds than I needed.
The bottom line here is to develop a healthy environment for the body to live and survive (if not already done), then keep it that way, and the body will stay in shape, or at least keep the extra weight off for good.

Stop on cakes, fast food, avoid drinking too much milk, nuts,chocolates and drink lots of water

I have lost about 6kg in one month,this speed is acceptable. I am not only lose weight ,but also change my life style. And I think you should find a way of life that you can insist . The best way to lose weight is to eat less. You can calculate the heat of food ,it will help you to know what you should eat.

ya your right. It's just that i have been putting weight very fast. I wish i could eliminate all these fats. :(
