paidtoclick site gone scam....?

I am a member of this site but some days back I logged in and requested my cashout and after that when ever I am trying to login an activation page is coming and asking for activation and me not paid for what I requested,where as previously I was having payments the next days of request.I have also made a support request but no answer yet so is the site gone scam...

Hello.I am on this site for 2 months ago.I was paid every time i request a cashout.they paid me in max 24 hours.So if they paid me,a simple user...they pay all users.Have a nice day and good earnings
