I have been a hater of eating fish for along time, it has lots of health benefits, but the taste isn't something i prefer. The benefits seems to outweigh the smelliness of the meat and other meats have more bad effects than fish. Fish can improve your ldl levels, eyesight, make you thinner by eating leaner. I have tried polluck and ocean perch, i like ocean perch since i have tried it, but ew... can't take those kippers or sardines, blah

I love fish mr=eat. In fact, I love them more than any other kind of meat. UI can live without a pork, a beef or even chicken meat but I can't last long if those are the meat that I'll be eating the whole week. I got to eat fish at least every other day or else, I'll be feeling not so well.
I hate the smell of sardines, too. That's why I'm making my own. Putting some spices to the fish dish will help eliminate that fishy smell. Also, fresh(really fresh) fish doesn't smell too fishy and fish like blue marlin and tuna don't have strong odors.
I wish you can find ways to love them. :)

There is a little trick I can teach you that no matter what kind of fish it is, it will work to get that fishy taste out. All you have to do is soak your fish in a mixture of half water and milk. Let the fish soak in it for an hour before you cook it.
You can still cook it however you like but I prefer to just then fry it with a little butter and salt and then when done I like to spinkle a little bit of lemon on it. That way you don't taste the fishy taste and you get the benefits of the healthy parts.
I don't like the taste of real fishyness so this is a way my mother taught me to do it. And it actually works, try it, you will be happily surprised.

Fish is said to be an excellent food. It is filled with lots of proteins. I love to eat fish. But while choosing to eat the fish, I go with my favourites alone. Three years back when we were at a restaurant, I wanted to try a fish fry which I had never tasted. I ordered the food and waiting with lots of anxiety. But when the dish arrived, I was really shocked to see it. The flavour and the taste of the fish was not that good to eat.. From then on, I never try out new fish varieties. I always stick onto the ones that I eat regularly.

I grew up in an archipelago wherein we are sprrounded by lots of islands and fish is one of our staple food. I love fish different kind of fish. When i got married and moved here in US of course there is not much of a choice in here especially we live here in the south it is not like that we live in the west part or east part of US there is near in the coast line. Evry week during our grocery we alwasy buy salmo, i fry it or bake it. FIsh is good for your health and is one of the best source of protien.

Not eating fish aren't so harmful to your body.Vegetarianisms don't eat meat(including fish, chichen, beef, and so on),but they are also healthy. At the same time, the seas and rivers are seriously polluted ,so maybe it's harmfut to your health.

I don't eat fish.
I'm not much into the taste, I just really hate the way it does. My wife loves it, which often she does have and my children have started eating it. I might be a fussy eater but the sell is horrid too, I hate going near fish and chip shops when the smell is heavily of fish products.
Everyone seems to enjoy it but I really don't.

Hi. samafayla33. Yes. I do eat fish. I love Flounder and Whitings. I just don't eat fish that has bones in it either. I don't like nor eat the deep type of fishes. Like seafood and deeper water fishes. I love catfish and a few other fishes that are delicious.

I seldom eat fish. When I do eat, I would eat raw salmon with Japanese Mayo dipped in soy sauce. Yummy! Fried fish is also what I like. I prefer eating the belly and the head. Sometimes, I eat fish head cooked in sour soup. This is the soup that all my kids love but I only eat it when I fell like it.

I have never been a fish eater. I just do not care for the taste of it. I have tasted shrimp before and can only eat a few pieces of it before I feel like I have to get sick. lol I do like deviled crab though and that is the only kind of seafood that I enjoy. I guess cause you can taste more of the breaded part than the crab. I know fish is supposed to be good for you but I just cannot make myself eat it. My husband and son both like fish but I just can't eat it.

I love fish and eat fish at least twice a week. My favorite is cat fish which I barely eat. My next favorite is salmon which I eat every week in some form or the other. I can't afford to go out and buy catfish. I've seen batter prepared catfish at Meijers but there's nothing better than fried cat fish like my grandmother used to make. I used to hate those fish that always had a small bone in them, no matter how careful I was before putting them in my mouth. But I agree with you. No anchovies or sardines for me!!!

I like fish and I like it if it's half cooked or half fried! Tuna canned goods are healthy food but as much as possible, for me I lessen eating tuna or any canned goods.

I do not like sardines either, already a though of them being whole with all the organs makes me wanna throw up. However, I do not eat any other fish in oil other than only tuna rio mare by italians. this one only doesn't smell bad to me and has a good taste.
