I have a friend always thinks about how others looks like and how they enjoy the life but he won't think internal characters whenever he see a person if that person appears good by external then he will say that, that person is too good. But i really disagree with those words because we should not judge that any one bye External appearance. We should see by internally means their character, talent and how he/she accepts people that is the main thing. But my friend won't agree with this. He always judge by external appearance. How you judge my dear friend by Internally or by External appearance?

now a days, its very important to have an eye attracting appearance if yo have a great talent inside, yet i don't think it is right to judge others that's a %100 honesty. everyone is different some people are picky and some aren't. yet personally i don't judge people by looks but as far as men i do because i wanted to be attracted to that person.

I judge a person first by his appearance. Through his looks, tne clothes he wears and his behavior, I guess what he is, a farmer, a workman, a clerk, a teacher or an official. But to find out his quality, I see how he talks and how he does something and how he treats others.

Friend rather than judging a person by his appearance just watch the way he use to talk and how he treats others. From that we can easily judge how the person is. Appearance won't be the quality of a person.

By talking to the person the very first time you will find something about his/her behavior, attitude and many other things as the conversation goes on. But sometimes, by mere looking at a person, you might be able to tell who he/she is, but it should not be the conclusive.

Hi sach143_u,
Too often, we judge people by what we see externally. When we do that, we maybe in for a rude awaken when we get to know the person. Their values may not be what we expect them the be. Good clothes and good looks don't make a person have integrity and good moral values.
I know that there are some good looking people who has a good heart also. Just like there are some not so good looking people who do not have good hearts. I would much rather have someone in my life that I can trust because they have good morals and integrity, not matter what the exterior of their bodies look like.
What you see is not always what you get.

As most people say, you cannot judge the book by its cover. Well impression usually kick in first when I saw a person, but still you cannot judge that guy if you really don't know him/her yet. Too be honest, it is better to know a guy first before you judge him/her

First impressions are usually based on looks (external)but the are usually wrong. I have learned to try to give the person a chance and there is no way to judge a person by external. What is on the inside matters much more than how the person looks on the outside. My mama always taught me "Look are only skin deep" It is what is on the inside that matters much much more.

More to the point... who are we to judge anyone? Are we perfect? Have we done no wrongs? Have we done everything right? A jury judges by law only. But to judge a person...no matter what anyone says, right or wrong...if the appearance of a person is not what that person is looking for, doesn't matter what they are on the inside. First impressions play a huge part. right or wrong. If you go in to a job interview, why do you dress nice or specifically for that job instead of the casual stuff you might wear around the house? Appearances. If you showed up in sweats or something, the employer might talk with you just for legalities, but your resume is going into the trash can as the employer will think.. if you can't do any better than that on an interview, how can I figure you'll do any better once hired? Sorry to say but, right or wrong, good or bad, external appearances will make or break you.

He is totally wrong, and I agree with you. You can't judge a book by its cover. I definitely get to know that person first, then I would make my own statement. I shouldn't judge people by the appearance, that is totally wrong.

Of course you cannot just judge people by their external appearance....
That's not wise.A lot of famous and most successful people in history have an ugly appearance but brillant mind...The inetrnal is most important!!!

First impression is usually base on external appearance . Internal appearance is the persons character . I don't judge a person but I look on to their character .

judging people can be in the form of internal and external...you do judge by using both internal and external...i think the difference of the two, is that you can use internal judging if you really know the person, while external is applicable even though you just meet that person in a short time, but of course judging others is not good attitude to have.

By a first meeting I have to go off of outter appearance, how presentable are you, are you clean cut, how are you talking, etc and after I get to know then I can know you by whats on the inside.

Well they say that first impressions last. But it shouldn't be the benchmark of judging a person. It is hard to judge a a person especially if you don't really know them, and it is also not good to judge them merely on how they look. But for me, I always get to know them first before I judge. "never judge a book by its cover"
