Why are you afraid of doctors? I never felt this felling, how does it fell like, please tell me

I'm not afraid of the doctor but my 4 year old son is very afraid to see a doctor. Maybe he keep's in mind when he was still 2 year's old the doctor inject him and he's hurt about that. So every time we went to the doctor he cried so loud and don't want to go inside.
