Still Hanging Around

No, i don't but i don't go to many sites like alot of people do. I go to mylot every day.

The only time I am away from my sites for more than a week is because my computer crashed..lol I can't help it, I love the internet and mylot among other things I do.. It's good to see you though, another face I haven't seen in a while. A friend is back with a temp computer who hasn't been here for too long, I was happy to see her respond to one of my posts..

I've been popping over to Pogo, but only when I'm caught up on mylot!

Recently when the kids were visiting...My daughter and family from New York were here for almost two weeks. My other daughter was here for four days on their way to the east coast to fly to Germany where they are moving for the next three years....otherwise I am still active here.

you and me both, grandpa bob, i have been away for our summer holiday , i did try gettin on line, but the connection was absolutely terrible.I couldnt even get a signal on my mobile phone ! so gave up and came home to about 3000 e mails,(i do not exagerate here) but am slowly working through them, as i still seem to have something going on every night when i get home from work. but had noticed you hadnt been on line , so welcome back to you and all the other mylotters, who sometimes just have to take a break from the internet. by the way , what is FB? happy postings to you and all my other mylot friends.

I have not been on here or facebook all that much lately since I have been working so much. I only worked 4.5 hours today though, so I have some free time to hop on here and respond to some.

Hi weby, I too am not active at all in mylot. But just could not leave without responding to you. It ages since we started seeing each other, and its nice to have memories, anyway mylot has been always good to everyone. But there's one thing bugging me. You asked a riddle about some bird about 3 years back, or is it more than 3 years? It was about a bird or something. Can you give the answer to it now.

Get on face book once in awhile and I have alot of friends there but they are in other things too so if I dont get an email I dont go there much

I was having a lot of time on FB too some months ago. No more! And couldn't login much on mylot as all my thinking power had to be directed towards studies...!! All in all, I take a lot of breaks. Actually I come in breaks only Good to see you are still here. I'm trying to catch up with all I had here years ago. Need something to keep my attachment with this site going on... Happy Postings!!

Yes, I do. I haven't been posting much either, also blaming it on gardening, but also tore down the old garage, had a shed built in its stead, and am having work done in the house, too, so a lot of cleaning/clearing up.

I am still here too grandpa Bob, just went away from mylot for quite a looong time. But suddenly miss this place, and went back again..^__^ Happy posting too !!

hi Grandpa bob I am now on facebook too, really new so do not really know my way around much yet. still mylotting though, I did take a break this morning as I did not sleep well last night, so crawled back in bed at 8 and slept til 11 am. now I must get some mylotting done so I can pay my Sept internet bill lol.Glad to see you back again.

hello grandpa bob, nice that you are still active in mylot. yes, i noticed you've been busy up lately. i used to be busy with facebook, but lately, i got tired with the online games there.

I know where to find you when I do not see you, I do not really take vacations, but this summer there have been things that have kept me offline. I am on several sites, so I do not do as much MyLot as I would like. In fact, it is about time for me to start a new discussion.

Hello grandpa I hope you're enjoying whatever you are doing!! Good to see you every now and then Well, I don't take much break from online activities but I'm off myLot a lot now-a-days. Busy, huh?

I'm glad to see you still around! Like you, I've had to take a vacation from mylot as well in order to get my dad's cross stitch done. It took me about four months to do and that's hard hard working too! I worked on it every spare moment I had so to get it done. Now it's at the framers which is costing me $128. to have it framed. OUCH!! But it'll be so pretty once it's finished and dad will have it to enjoy.

I often *want* to take a vacation from online activities for myself... but unfortunately it doesn't happen too much. If I'd do a little more pre-planning on what I'd want to do on that "time off" I think it would work better for me. :-) Now that said, I think I'll have to have a forced vacation next week because of some computer and line repairs that will be going on. Hope I don't sit here staring at the wall with some kind of horrible withdrawal. What think, Grandpa Bob... could that happen?! :-)
