Enjoy now or struggle for future?

Yesterday I read a story ,a very successful women are always worried about future,such as money,work,degree,and so on.So she is always busy and struggle to make sure a better life in future.When she is 36 ,she finish her docter degree in pregnancy,but she aborted because of overwork and couldn;t have baby any more.Then she said you should't sacrifice your current life to make sure a better future,because you don't know if you have future.
But I could't understand so clearly without her experience.And now I have left school for only one month and my life just begin, what should I do?Enjoy now or stryggle for future?

It's about balancing your time. We can all work harder for the future and at the same time be able to enjoy life with family and friends. As they say: "Work smarter, not harder."
