Boys who won't wear shorts on a hot day!

Hi, I was just wondering why you think some men walk around on a reallly hot day in jeans and shoes when they must be really sweating? So some men really not like their legs...or is it because they are too 'cool' to wear shorts and flipflops? I think it is 50% an image thing and 50% insecurity about having 'chicken legs' but I think they really shouldn't worry about this as nice baggy shorts to the knee could solve both these problems! :)
