Need a new recipe for stirfry!

I don't know the essential ingredients to make a nice chicken stir-fry. I only buy the pre-made sauce from the supermarket but I am sick of it. I add my own chicken, garlic, and vegetables but I would really appreciate a good authentic tried and tested home-made recipe, like I think ginger and fish sauce are common ingredients but I'm not sure. I like quite spicy taste but it doesn't have to be! Thank you!
