neoptc.com is this a scam? is anyone try this...i've been browing the web when i found this and when i click the register the referal textbox has this user "mayanface" i don't know this one so guys and girls is this site a scam...?

Yes, I believe this to be a scam site. I have read different reviews around online that have deemed this site to be a scam...
