Do you think the government can really punish those people? Philippine has history of not punishing big people, can they do it now? Our Justice is weak.

I think, it this administration, they can be punished. Those crocodile should be punish. Living life luxuriously, using the money of the Filipinos is a crime. Mr. Aquino should keep his promise about corruption. I know it is impossible to eliminate, but at least minimize it.

I would like to see that our government would truly withhold the salaries of those officials with unliquidated cash advances in order to force them to submit their liquidation reports. This should always be the norm with regards to cash advances in order to avoid delays in the liquidation of advances.

I feel it'll just be another thing that will be piled on the mountains and mountains of complaints towards the government. It will just be a thing of the past and people will just forget that there were complaints about unliquidated advances of these corrupt officials. I'm just wondering how these so called "honorable" people bring their money to the afterlife.

I think with the present administration they can if they have the right political will do so. The best way to check this is that the public be vigilant of all the things that will give pressure to the administration to give just punishment to all this people.
