People are more stressed now than ever I'm afraid. This modern world consists of instant solutions and answers with pressing just a few buttons in a matter of seconds or minutes. We have built ourselves a world of instant gratification. And I'm not saying that like it's a bad thing, but people nowadays tend to forget that you have to be patient and actually wait for things to happen sometimes. And that all majorly contributes to a persons worrying and anxiety big time. It's all in how you handle it I guess. For me I have learned to control my anxiety or at least parts of it. Whenever I see myself worrying I step back and look at the perspective of if what I'm worrying about is actually worthy worrying and stressing over for. And whether it is or isn't, I just learned to take a step back and breathe. That's it for me, just don't forget to breathe. And with that I find that the relationships and jobs whether they turn sour or sweet, at least I am relaxed and able to think logically about them. We must all learn to let go of the things we cannot control or the things we think we can control. Hope this helps!
