Ghost spirits and demons are they real?

I believe in ghosts. A few years ago I was working as a night cleaner in a college downtown. It seemed like a typical night until late in my shift when I saw something I'd never seen in almost a year working there. I was outside a classroom changing a garbage can, all the lights were on in the hallway and in the classroom. I looked up long enough to see a figure in a white dress fly into the chalkboard and disappear. On the other side of the board is the hall where I was, but it never came through. It didn't scare me, it clearly wasn't interested in me, nor did it seem to know that I was there. I submitted a report to a ghost site and when they replied, they said I wasn't the only one to have seen ghosts over there. So I know they're real.

If you enjoy scaring yourself , then go and believe in these paranormal issues. Life would be boring without these stories.
