I am happy most when I spend time with my cat. Whatever he does, he makes me laugh and happy and helps me forget all my pain. I also feel the most happy when I am able to accomplish something. I also feel happiness when others are happy in my company. How do you make yourself happy and what other things help it?

I am happy, if the people who loved, be happy. I am happy when they smile. Their happiness is a gift for me. I'd do anything for their happiness.

Spending time with my dog, being alone, reading, writing or playing the piano all makes me happy.

Heyy, we almost have the same interests... reading, writing, playing the piano.. and most of the time being alone, but sometimes I get lonely. I would love to spend time with my dog again, if I ever can have a chance since she's already passed. But my cat is fun too!

I am the most happy when I am with my friends and away from people who are only out to hurt me. They make me laugh, and make me feel good about myself with compliments and just wonderful company. :] I also feel very happy when I am on the computer, because my best friend lives in it! Haha, not really, but I met my best friend on the internet and I use it to talk to her all the time and she just makes me feel happy inside.

Hi,
The thing that makes me happy the most is meditation. I have tried so many other things but the happiness I get from them doesn't last for long. I have tried accomplishing things and they certainly makes me happy. But the happiness eventually fades away. I like spending time with my family. Reading a good book often makes me elated. I extract my happiness mainly from study, rigorous study. Sometimes when I am tired or bored a good piece of music makes me happy. But none of these happinesses, like I said, is permanent. Daily doses of meditation keeps me happy, permanently.
Thanks.
God bless you
