Have you all ever faced a situation when you need to online but suddenly the broadband seems to be dead and the broadband provider is not attending to the issue quick enough to resolve the problem?
My house broadband connection is really a pain... Everytime when there is a rain or thunder, the broadband connection got disconnected a will idle until the next morning...

It usualy is, but sometimes it just acts up and I dont really know why. It just starts being slow, and I dont know the reason why. It may have something to do with weather conditions.

Yes , it actually depends on your Internet service provider . I was using spidigo broadband in the past . Man , it had very low speed sometimes . I am currently using BSNL broadband and it rocks . actually broadband is very stable usually compared to other wireless devices .
