what about your boss? Do you like it?

I have been in these company for 12 months.My boss is a 30 years old man.There are more females than the males.My boss likes to give the important task to the males,but ignores the femals.Maybe some of the males are good at doing some tasks.My boss gives us money that is less than the man. I don't like my boss .Do you have such a boss?

I believe there are plenty of bosses like him around. Actually the workplace is full of people in managing positions, whose behavior is exactly the same as your boss's. When it comes to real life situations, even if they are Harvard graduates, they tend to act as common human beings. So what's the difference? I could be in one of their positions, replacing them and doing a much better job, in regards to human relations fairness and equal rights in workplace.
