extravagant or thrifty?

I know ladies love to shop for clothes.., accessories.., jewelries.., shoes.., bags and etc..but are you a wise spender? if you have cash do you spend all of it in just one day? "one day millionaire" attitude.., or do you buy few things and keep the rest for savings? i am a compulsive buyer and i know this isn't good.., i should be saving every penny i get especially now that i don't have a job.., but i have this tendencies to spend a lot on foods.. haha.., but not only for myself.., i buy foods things for my siblings.. i am a natural giver..even if i don't have left for myself.. so i will definitely classify myself as an extravagant person..

I just buy what I need and enough for myself. Hehe, well actually when I have the money and I want to shop, I really think of what I need to buy, how to budget it and what to do with the remaining bucks. And when I see something like I really want to I always ask these questions: "Do I really need this?" "Do I really need to buy this now?" "What if i don't buy this?" "I still have like this one, I'll make the (the thing I have) as an alternative" So most of the time I ended up not buying anything at all. Silly Me. Lol. i would want to spend my bucks on delicious food that I seldom ate.

ohhh..i'm learning from you.. i might be tight on the budget.., but when i see things i like., i admit it.., i don't stop and think of those questions you asked yourself.., if i really need this.., or what if i don't buy this and that.., what usually happens is i buy it immediately.., without minding if there's some penny left for me to spare... OOhhh..i feel so guilty now...thanks for the idea..i'm going to do that next time..=)

I'd say I'm in the middle. When i shop I love to buy myself shoes, bags and books. For my kids, clothes and toys. If I had one day to spend a million, I'd buy stuff for the house, clothes, electronics, shoes and bags. And travel!

I would say that I'm somewhere right in the middle. I am a coupon queen and a bargain hunter!! So I love extravagant things but I also have to be getting them at a good price (which is where the coupons/bargain hunting comes into play.)

Yes I like to shop every week. But I don't consider myself as extravagant. I can definitely say I am a wise spender. If I have a lot of cash for the week or month, I don't spend it all in a day. I always control myself. I always set a budget for my shopping every week. That is why I never spend over the limit.

Thrifty of course! I dont really appreciate those that are being extravagant cause they can actually get the same items with lower price but has the same quality. You just need to know where to go.

I tend to be thrifty but I'll go extravagant if I really, really want something.

Definitely, I am the one not keen on shopping. I don't go to shopping, unless there are something essential need to buy. But when I am shopping, I become a shopaholic, I will buy many things I like, including the useful and the useless, and afterwards, I am sure I will regret it.

I am pretty thrifty, but I do splurge every once in a while too. But then I usually save a while for the stuff I want to get, so it is still not very extravagant, I'm afraid... I also like giving presents though, and sometimes I spend a bit too much on that...
