On playing portables, what suits you best, psp or nds?

I have both But if I have to choose between them, I like nds a better. The touch screen feature really is smart, and there are so much more games to choose from than psp. Although psp has greater graphics, the nds is much fun to play with! How about you? Which do you prefer?

If I had to choose a portable console, it would be the PSP, but there is a slight problem with it. It is very prone to breaking (the umd drive breaks esaily) and the PSP go charges a lot of money for the game downloads. But i find the DS just boring, all of the games just seem a bit pathetic in terms of games, infact i find thats the case with just about all nintendo games. I mean, how many different versions of mario do you really need?

My son only plays mario kart and mario party. BUT there are so many games on nds. thousands! I like rpg like final fantasy crystal chronicles. And I also like puzzle/brain games and nds has lots to offer. And games on nintendo ds are so small, you can download it in 10 minutes or less each! But I still play my psp sometimes, but not as much as the nds.

See, im not really into these mind games on the ds, they dont really make you any cleverer, just better at doing the tasks that they give you. And ive never played any of the final fantasy games, so i dont really see the point on starting on the ds, i would first get the ps2 game and work my way from there. As for downloading ds games, is that legal? Im not sure, pherhaps you can now buy the games online? I agree, the DS makes more sense than the psp, as it uses non-moving cards, and is more efficent with its processing power, but i still think the psp is more enteraining, plus it has video features, music, and all of that!

You can now play videos and music on nds. And lots of apps, like sketch pad, notepad, planner, music editing etc. But ofcourse the PSP is still better in terms of graphics display and sounds!

Me too i like the psp better. As i like to play shooting games the psp is more suited to me. i have not found a good shooting game for nds yet. i like the nds for its touch screen but there are not enough shooting games on it.

I actually have a psp, and I prefer it, I like the large display and it's clear, and I take care of my umds, so it doesn't really break that much..

Id say psp is much more better. I think Nintendo DS is much more on the feminine side. Based on their games =)

I like psp better than nds. They have the same quality of graphics for me. It's just that nds has a touch screen and psp doesn't. Actually I don't appreciate the touch screen because whenever I play a game and it says to touch the screen, I usually fumble with the controls. I don't know about you guys but I really have a hard time dealing with the shifting of the controls from touch to analog. Anyway, I used to own a psp before and an nds. I sold the nds before the psp because like I said, I disliked it.
