airlines or level 1 agent?

To buy the air tickets, I think we should choose the level 1 agencies rather than specific airlines. Why so? Because the level 1 agencies are completely independent, they aim to give the best deals available, no matter which airlines you want to fly with. Just tell them where you want to go, they provide all deals from every airline that has the flights for that route. They may be the big airlines like Singapore airlines or the lowcost airlines like Air Asia or Tiger air. If we go to a specific airlines, we may have a few choice (sometimes no seats available, the high prices,etc) and may look for many other airlines to have the different options. It waste our time. Let the level 1 agencies help us because they will give us the best consultancy.
