How can I balance work and family?

Hi guys,
I have a good job. I have 2 sons(one is 4 years old, and one is 2 years old). I want to work effectively and take care of my children well at the same time. But it seems rather difficult. This morning, I felt bad to see my son falling down from the chair while I were working with my computer. I wanted to quit my job at that time. But what would happen to my sons if I didn't have job and have no money? How can I balance my work and my family well? Give me your advice please. Thanks, guys.

I am also in the same shoes, I am having hard time to balance everything according to them time management. But how can we have that time management if our job is so demanding that most of our time is used there. Sometimes I am tend to forget my son's attention and I would to cope up but I could not.
