Do you believe in the mylar technology in the hologram sticker of Power Balance? You must try it first before commenting in this discussion, because they will just say that's a mind over matter kind of thing, but you must test the product first. In my case I'm a long distance runner and I recorded all of my runs on a notebook, and to tell you the truth my fastest run would be with my borrowed Power Balance silicone wristband and up to this day I cannot beat that personal record using the amazing Power Balance wristband and also trying many times with no Power Balance on my wrist. The downside of this is the pricing of Power Balance here in the Philippines, it cost P2,200.00 when you buy at Health and Beyond stores in the malls that's the price of the wristband.

I don't know, I haven't tried it yet. But base on my friends review about this, this is so true. It can increase your strength for like 20% more.
and oh yea, as long as the thing is the authentic one, because I saw a lot at divisoria. hehehe.

Please do not buy fake ones coz i've tried it and no effect on my running..I buy fake ones that cost P89 here at our place and tried it. No effect. You must try it and test it on your sports, I actually just borrowed the original from my cousin, tested it on running, all of my runs are recorded daily so I know the time of my daily runs. Very goog and I personally recommend it to you, your legs would be more flexible and you will not feel the cramps pain in your stomach when you speed run, and your pacing will be greatly improved very fast pacing indeed. You must try it to believe don't just read websites and be negative about Power Balance. Try it and have sports to believe.

The reason now a days is to "Pamporma na lang". Not to use it as additional strength.
BTW, Good for you that it does take effect Good luck!

No, I don't believe that the Power Balance wristband has any physical effect whatever. It is just another of the many slickly marketed, scantily documented rip-offs which claim some mysterious technology.
If it works at all, then it is because you believe it will work! In itself, that would not a bad thing but the fact remains that it's all a hoax and basically a waste of money for a smart piece of hocus-pocus.
