Do u agree with the corporal punishment like caning or spanking to the students?

Well, here in my country they have banned the corporal punishment throughout the schools in the country..
No student is supposed to get the corporal punishment like spanking or caning..
It was the most welcomed statement by the students throughout the schools.
Do u agree, that spanking brings more discipline and changes the student to have a good behaviour?
I read an article about male staffs spanking girl students and vice-versa?
Is this acceptable? I don't agree with spanking or any other punishment given to the student in the form of physical pain..

Spanking is need, sweetie.
How the hell do you think we will get any manners into you?
You can be glad i am not doing the spanking, though.
And as for women spanking the boys and men spanking girls, that is not allowed.
It is against any law in any country.

I think, it's not appreciated here..
They have a complete ban throughout the country!!!!!
I am always against the punishment..
Kids can be taught manners in home and only parents should teach that..
Schools and teachers are supposed to teach only the lessons.

I do not agree with any kind or punishment in school, i think its only teachers and adminstrators who were spanked as kids, like to pass on this treatment to other children and under the guise of upkeep good behaviour. Tell me one example where kids going to a school with corporal punishments have excelled in the fields of education. No one like being hurt. And if you hit an child then you are teaching him that it is okay to be be voilent. Which is so sad!

Yes, this spanking leads to submissive and it often leads to violence..
Thats the part why they have banned the corporal punishment in schools..
