When couple stayed together for the rest of their lives, we tend to say that they are destined for each other.. Is this really true at all times to all couples where death could only separate them? I would rather believe not. i guess it is more of a commitment, a lifetime commitment. Planning to spent the rest of your life with someone is one's choice. You planned it, you wanted it, and you stand by it. It is your decision and your choice. I guess it is not always destiny, but rather a choice, a lifetime commitment that no matter what happen, you will be with your partner 'til you are separated by death.

Unfortunately in this day in age commitment is hardley ever something anybody adheres to. Things are fine as long as they are in the "best" portion of a marriage but when things go for the "worse" they are done, they want out. I believe when God ordained marriage that commitment was the key, "to have and to hold for better or worse, richer or poorer..."

Your right... may people, especially couples, should always remember the very reason why they vowed to live together for the rest of their lives. Thank you for sharing this with me.

It depends on how you look at it.It could be destiny for some ,lifetime commitment for the others.I think it is lifetime commitment.I don't think its that great to hop from one person to the other. Its definitely a choice to be there for one another through thick and thin.
